Defected Expands Miami Music Week 2026 With Loco Dice and Harry Romero; Glitterbox Returns With Skream, Derrick Carter and More at The Sagamore
Miami Beach, March 2026 – As Miami Music Week prepares to once again transform South Beach into the epicentre of global dance culture, Defected Records and its sister brand Glitterbox confirm their return to The Sagamore Hotel with two standalone showcases that underline their continued influence on the international house landscape.
Taking place on Thursday 26 March and Sunday 29 March 2026, the London institutions once again anchor themselves at the iconic Collins Avenue address, delivering two distinct yet complementary visions of house music during Miami Music Week.
Defected’s Thursday takeover is reinforced by the addition of Loco Dice and Harry Romero, two artists whose reputations are built on deep-rooted dancefloor authority. Their inclusion sharpens an already formidable lineup featuring Andrea Oliva, HoneyLuv, Nic Fanciulli and Olive F, alongside Kellie Allen and Ms. Mada, with a very special guest still to be announced.
The result is a programme that reflects Defected’s core identity: groove-led, club-focused house music delivered with precision and intent. From rolling basslines to sun-soaked vocal cuts, the label’s Miami chapter remains rooted in its foundational ethos while continuing to evolve alongside the genre it helped globalise.
On Sunday, Glitterbox steps into the same open-air setting with a markedly different, yet equally powerful, proposition. The brand’s Miami edition embraces disco, soul and funk-infused house, blending heritage selectors with contemporary tastemakers. A special disco set from Skream headlines a lineup that also includes Derrick Carter, The Brothers Macklovitch, Natasha Diggs, Melé, Gerd Janson, Aline Rocha and Yasmin.
Beyond the music, Glitterbox’s immersive production remains central to its identity. Dancers, drag performers and theatrical staging transform The Sagamore into a fully realised celebration of self-expression, community and classic dancefloor energy.
Following sold-out editions in 2025, both events return with renewed scale and intent, reinforcing Defected and Glitterbox’s enduring role as cultural touchstones during Miami Music Week. Two dates, one venue, and a continued commitment to house music in all its forms.
